Founded by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century, can be defined as a series of low impact movements and stretches which improve mobility, build strength and help to develop control. 

I teach yoga flow, which can be modified for beginners or those with experience. We focus on the breath in our postures (asanas) to improve posture, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and mental clarity.

Welcome to CreativeFitUK – a friendly welcoming environment where I can help to create a fitness schedule that works for you! Our classes will have a profound effect on your physical and mental wellbeing.

With simple payments, monthly schedules and weekly classes in different location, you can choose what works for you. We are now online, outside and in person (one to one sessions only).

Can’t make one class? No worries! It’s simple to book onto another one online – so you can make a commitment to you!

 I focus on yoga and pilates classes to help improve mobility, posture, alignment, core strength and mental wellbeing. 

These sessions help you to get back to full mobility. Whether you’re post-injury, or have a chronic condition (such as scoliosis), we’ll get you fighting fit and on a path to better overall health.

I have worked with many clients on a fitness-based personal training plan. If you have a goal in mind, as your wedding or holiday, or you’d like to get back into fitness after an injury or pregnancy – these sessions will build your strength, improve your physique and help with weight loss.

Jo understand her clients and helps address or strengthen areas of weakness through targeted exercise. The classes are great because you ease in gently and then get a good solid work out! I’d recommend it for men who are 40 and over.
